Refund Policy
Once all orders are processed there will be no refunds. All sales are final there are no refunds on all grounds. Please double check all orders because once processed there can be no changes made.
Return Policy
Please be advised to make all returns within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. If returns aren't made within the timeframe you will not be able to receive one. Any product that are return should be returned in resell-able condition. Resellable condition is unworn, unbleached, or altered in any way.
Hair Care
Once you receive your extensions please shampoo and condition them. After rinsing them thoroughly please let them air dry for the best results. Sometimes there are products on extensions from manufacturer so please follow the steps to have the best hair results. Treat your extensions with the same care as your own hair, as this will help prolong their lifespan.
Purchasing extensions
When buying extensions, it's important to consider the overall look you aim to achieve. I always advise customers that if they want layers and curls, they should opt for four bundles. Additionally, if they prefer a natural match with their own hair, I recommend purchasing three bundles.
